This commercial property had the replacement of their supersix roofing already booked in, however there was asbestos contamination inside the warehouse which needed to be cleaned up first. Supersix sheeting can get to a point where it begins to delaminate and crumble into the roof space/area below from age, the sheets rubbing together in windy weather and the expansion/contraction of the sheets.
All surfaces within the warehouse were decontaminated, including the flooring, metal framing, racking and stock.
